Tomato Puree 9x290g
Organic Tomatoes from Sunny Apulia
Tomato Puree made with traditional methods and genuine organic ingredients
The Prunill tomato puree is obtained by processing the typical Apulian cherry tomato rooted in the tradition of our territory. The intense colour, the sour taste and the strong perfume allow us to have in the pantry an excellent base for the preparation of both meat and fish-based sauces.
Ancient autochthonous Apulian variety, a small slightly oblong tomato similar to wild plum (hence the name), with a pleasantly sour taste. It doesn't need water. It gives its best transformed in the past.
This product made with organic tomatoes of the Prunill variety is produced with organic raw materials, worked on extremely fertile uncontaminated soils. The absence of chemical additives preserves the natural taste and scent of this special puree, also guaranteed by a production far from artificial manipulations.
