The transformation is carried out with the artisanal method. The tomato is simply blanched and passed almost whole, used unchanged the scent of the fresh tomato. It is then bottled in transparent bottles, to better appreciate the brightly coloured and flawless tomato.
A TRUE BIO-ARTISAN EXCELLENCE OF PUGLIA.
Organic Tomato Puree - Tenuta Scorciabove
Ours is a farm located in the middle of the profitable land of the Tavoliere delle Puglie, an inimitable land for its soil and climate characteristics; our company, developing over the years, has now come to count land owned for about 500 hectares, where we grow durum wheat, organic Puglia fava beans, white, golden, and red market onion, and finally, but not least, tomato, of which our parents have been pioneers throughout the captaincy now about 40 years ago.
Within our company group, we also have a nursery, of about 4 hectares, of which a biological section, from which we source our red gold crops.
We children have recently decided to transform our tomato with the artisanal method, thus closing the entire supply chain, to guarantee our customers a quality product, knowing it from the seed, and bringing it, with the finished product, to gourmet tables.
Finally, our supply chain is entirely organic, and our company has been carrying this stamp for about 25 years, leading us, also in this sense, to be among the first companies in the area to grow organically, using the ICEA certification body.
