DESCRIPTION: Red wine of particular brightness and consistency, with an austere and unique character, from an authentic thoroughbred, obtained from pure Negroamaro.

On the nose, enveloping notes of Mediterranean herbs and small black berried fruits.

On the palate softness of tannins and spicy notes. In the vineyard the grapes undergo a moderate drying on the plant, after which the harvest takes place in the second decade of October with a careful selection of the best bunches. Subsequently, in the cellar the grapes macerate for about a week and then fermented in steel silos. After the appropriate vinification measures, the wine obtained before being bottled, rests for about 3 months in barrique.

The cold will cause the precipitation of the coarse dregs.
