Pastificio Demetra is a small reality born in 2019 in Scampitella, in Avellino province (Apulia).
Francesco and his wife continue the tradition by drying the pasta at low temperatures, which preserves the organoleptic and nutritional qualities of the product.
The pasta factory is located at 800 m.s.l.m., in an idyllic landscape of green hills. what makes the difference is the air with which the pasta is dried, outside with the mountain air which dries the pasta in a uniform and genuine way.
