Heavy pork bacon cured with salt only and then seasoned with pepper powder and seasoned for at least four months. The organoleptic characteristics are typical of seasoned salami with a hint of pepper. It can be eaten in thin slices in delicious appetizers or with homemade bread, broad beans and pecorino cheese, or cut into cubes as a cooking base in sauces for first courses.
