Vino di Raffaele a natural biodynamic wine from Calabria
In addition to the production of amphora wines such as our Acroneo wine and our Tempesta wine, we also have a line vinified in French oak barrels.
Raffaele's wine is natural meaning that we add no sulphites. We obtained this organic biodynamic from autochthonous grapes of the Gaglioppo and Mantonico variety, typical of Calabria. We cultivate our grapes using biodynamic agriculture and by pressing with a manual press. The manually selected grapes come from plants which according to our botanist are 50 to 60 years old.
Characterized by aromas of small black berried fruits on a carpet of pleasant notes of flowers. The taste is characterized by the harmonious trait and pleasantness.

Vinification: Maceration of the grapes at a controlled temperature for 10 days; fermentation in barrique.
Ageing: wood; barriques; subsequent refinement in the bottle.
Serving temperature of this natural wine: 16 - 18 C
Pairings: Excellent with all dishes, ideal for red meats, game and medium-aged cheeses.
Visual test: Ruby red with purple hues.
Gustatory test: Warm and well structured, recalling fruity notes, persistent, with a spicy finish.
