PAPILLON 2019 is made with grapes grown on the hill of S. Antonio in Canelli facing south with a slope of about 30%

GRAPES: White Moscato.
AVERAGE YIELD PER HA: Q.li 75.
VINIFICATION: after a soft pressing of the grapes, the fermentation took place slowly in an autoclave at low temperature until 5.5 degrees alcohol was carried out, after which it was stopped by cooling. The bottling is preceded by sterile filtration, in order to retain the yeasts, and prevent fermentative resumption of the product.It has a bright straw yellow color, luxuriant white foam and a thick and persistent perlage; fragrance of great freshness in which the hints of musk, orange blossom, fresh fruit and rose stand out.Sweet taste with great measure, aromatic characteristic of white Moscato.
