Qualifying quality criteria for the slow dried pasta you can buy on CIBILIA Authentic Food Makers®:
To be selected for this category, dried pasta must have the following characteristics:
- Average drying temperature of pasta must not exceed 55°C
- The pasta must be made with 100% Italian Durum Wheat
- Allowed ingredients in the pasta products are: Italian Durum Wheat Semolina and Water

Pasta must be made of 100% durum wheat semolina and water only. We do accept also Dried Pasta made using whole grain semolina. Eggs pasta or pasta made from other types of grains will not be allowed.
