A satisfying enjoyment even for the most demanding palates.
The grappa of Cannonau Ambrata was obtained by discontinuous distillation in bain-marie stills from pomace deriving from the vinification of selected grapes of the Cannonau variety and subsequently enriched by contact with precious oak wood which gives a warm, soft, enveloping and penetrating taste, an aroma persistent spicy and smell of dried fruit. End of meal or meditation product, to be served at room temperature, possibly heated by the palm of the hand to savour all its pleasant characteristic notes.

Raw material: pomace of selected grapes of the Cannonau variety. Distillate of Sardinian pomace mainly red berries.
The Cannonau grape variety is among the most widespread in Sardinia as well as in the Mediterranean countries. It is also cultivated in Spain and France where it takes the name of Garnacha and Grenache respectively.
