Organic wines made naturally
Natural wine is the result of a productive choice aimed at finding the natural expression of terroir in wine.
1. It is made with grapes processed using organic farming methods, without herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers or other synthetic products.
2. The harvest is manual and during winemaking the winemaker undertakes to keep the wine alive.
3. Technical interventions that can alter the bacterial life of the wine, as well as any addition of chemical substances, except, if necessary, of very small quantities of sulphites, are prohibited. The maximum tolerated total doses of SO² are 30 mg / l for reds, 40 mg / l for whites.
